Living My Purpose was founded by Shaka Easter with the goal of providing reentry support programs, mentorship services, and access to community resources for individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration. Shaka's personal experience, watching her mother with the challenges of reentry inspired her to create an organization that is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those seeking a fresh start. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the obstacles they may face and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. A key pillar of our mission is fostering community engagement and advocacy to challenge the stigma surrounding individuals with a history of incarceration.
